Makes double trailers available for all of Europe, not just Scandinavia because why should they have all the fun?
Double and B-Double owned trailers can be sent to any garage, freight market jobs for box trailers should also have the option to choose a double by clicking the gear icon, and they will appear randomly for quick jobs.
